Are you creative, curious and passionate about making a difference? Join us as a Marketing Apprentice (known internally as Communications and Social Media Apprentice) and help share the stories of young people whose lives are being transformed at Jamie’s Farm.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the rural location of our farms and limited public transport, having access to a car (and a valid driving licence) will be essential for this role.
This is your chance to:

You don’t need lots of experience — just enthusiasm, creativity, and a willingness to learn. We’ll give you full training in everything from safeguarding to social media tools, and you’ll be supported every step of the way.
Location: Hill House Farm, Ditteridge, Box (with travel to other farm sites)
Salary: Apprentice Minimum Wage (£7.55 per hour)

Whether you are part of our delivery team directly working with young people, or a member of HQ working behind the scenes, a day at Jamie’s Farm is never the same as the next. Whatever your role, you will be helping disadvantaged young people to thrive at school and beyond.

Training and Development
Jamie’s Farm is committed to providing Continued Professional Development for all its staff, with internal and external training. We run interim and annual reviews to support with personal and professional growth, as well as regular management check-ins. We regularly get all our farm teams together to feed into the future of the charity, the highlight being our our Annual Away Days in the Brecon Beacons.

The nature of the work is challenging and so we ensure dedicated time is provided weekly for teams to debrief and reflect together, as well as quarterly external supervision.
